FEATURES OF Mk Series Lead-Free Dual Wave Soldering System​:
● The streamline design is complete modernism,with transparent windows for operator to easy viewing and maintenance.
● Exhausi adopt centritugal fan with double filters to avoid any flux back to PCB.
● The level of flux container is controlled by non-contact sensors to ensure no corrosion and longer life.
●Flux spray nozzle with with self-cleaning system.
● Standard with air knives to prevent flux expand to preheat zone.
● Wave height control adopted with inverter,it can be separately.
● 1/4 HP high power mechanical pump to meet the wave as high as 15 mm.
● Light&sound alarm, emergency stop and over-load protection.
● Closed loop with inverter control system to keep the stability and aocuracy of speed managed.
● Have a pair of the assistant device to hold the PCB smoothly entry by soft-press.
● Spray nozzle driving by stepper motor will be guarantee to attained uniformity flux distributing.
● The nozzle is right ang le according to rail always to ensure the flux can good penetrate the PCB through holes.
● Forced air cooling system to attain the cold-down slope as per lead-free required.
● Conveyor angle can easily be adjusted by hand.
● Standard with IR tube and full high temp. glass cowers in preheating zones.
● The preheating is otrolled by PID,to make the heating temp. Stably and uniformly.
